About Us
Twitterep is a company based out of Denver, CO. It is the brainchild of Rob Dixon, who conceived of the system while attending The Next Web '09 in Amsterdam in March of that year while observing the enthusiasm for Twitter and the desire for new models of advertising. As the CEO of Planet Telex Inc, a web design and development company, he had just the team to execute the idea:
Dan Hansen serves as the CTO of Planet Telex after years of being the Director of Development at Beatport.com, and is the primary system architect for Twitterep.
Laura Ling serves as the COO of Planet Telex, but has such an amazing range of talents she could pretty much take on any role necessary. For Twitterep, she serves as operations officer, a usability expert, a business consultant, and a marketing strategist.
Rob is still very hands on with Twitterep, providing the graphic design, marketing materials, and developing the business plan.
